RETURN POLICY

At JHO Cosmetics, we value our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your JHO Cosmetics purchase, we would love the chance to make it better.  We will gladly accept returns of eligible product(s) purchased within 30 days from receipt for store credit. All return items must be in their new original form and packaging along with the invoice or receipt.  Skin care products are not eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons. The Return Policy only applies to purchases made on jhocosmetics.com.

Any refunds for items purchased within collection sets or packages are not accepted separately. All collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive store credit.  Packages returned back to JHO Cosmetics due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.  Refunds are for store credit or if applicable, made in the original form of payment and are issued to the original "Bill To" Customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect onto your bank statement.

Please note: For lashes, slight variations may occur because all lashes are handmade so they may differ from one another in regards to hair assignment.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order if it has not been fulfilled. If you received a tracking number via email, you cannot cancel or modify the order.

SHIPPING

All orders are being shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  Standard USPS shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.  USPS offers tracking on these items and an email link will be sent when your order is processed and shipped.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

QUALITY ASSURANCE OR DISCREPANCY ORDERS

JHO Cosmetics takes pride in the quality of our products.  If for any rare reason an item may be considered defective, please email info@jhocosmetics.com within 30 days of receipt.  If the product is deemed defective by JHO Cosmetics, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Please email info@jhocosmetics.com within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders. All mistakes or discrepancy orders must be resolved within 7 business days of delivery to receive full credit or replacement.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund amount to reflect on your bank statement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as processing times may vary.
